These cookies are exclusively internal to Atccoach and are not shared with any external business partners or 3d parties. We have limited control and relationship with 3rd parties to assist us in servicing you, for example, by fulfilling customers’ orders or providing customer service. These services providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide them. Additionally, we have business partners that provide services, some of which are co-branded. We are very clear that we only have some of our own vehicles not all vehicles owned by Atccoach When you request any of services and products from Atccoach are permitting us to provide your personal information to the partner to fulfill your request. 15. Independent Operators (Chauffeur) Information:

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
For Independent Operators (Chauffeurs) we may also collect payment or banking information, vehicle information, licensing and permitting, Government identification number, photo, insurance information and driving record. We might share this information with 3rd party who will use this information to provide services to travelers or their companies and run a driving record check and background check.

16. Device Information:

Atccoach Receives information from your device when you use our websites or mobile applications this may include IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.

17. Location Information - Mobile Apps:

If you are an independent Operators (Chauffeur), we collect location information about the real time location of the vehicle before or during a trip both when the app is open and, on screen and open but not on screen of your device.

Atccoach reserves the right to amend this privacy policy without advance notice and

if you continue to use Atccoach you are agreeing to this policy and any updates.

18. Billing:

Services are billed to the customer’s credit card or established account.

Atccoach accepts the following cards:

American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Discover

Gratuity (AKA) Tip is not included & is on the solo discretion of customer/passenger and should be paid directly to the driver and any additional gratuity or cash handed to the chauffeur is at customer’s discretion. Rate includes all fees and is an estimate only. Additional charges for stops, wait time, parking, tolls, admin surcharges, airport fees, airport meet & greets, and taxes may be applicable and determined upon the completion of the trip.

All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are best estimated on reservations and quotes. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.

19. Hourly charter / Event services:

All Hourly or Event Services vehicle types will be billed hourly rate or package rate quoted on reservation. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

20. Cancellations, Changes & No Shows:

Transfers and airport reservations – Sedans & SUVs Cancellation or change of sedans & SUVs for transfer and airport reservations within two hour of scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge
